5. Are the shipping services you offered secure?

Yes, standard shipping services provided by UPS, USPS, DHL. Also, if there is something wrong with the shipping process, you can contact us directly and we’ll help you to solve it.

6. How long can I receive my package?

Process time (packing and waiting for pickup by courier) is 1-3 days. If purchasing on holiday, please allow 1-2 more days for us to process your order.

After picking up by courier, delivery time is about 3-5 days.

It usually takes 5-10 days in total.

7. How can I track my order/package?

After shipping,  tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package via our website tracking system or courier official website. More information about your package, please contact us.

8. Can you ship your goods to different countries

Sorry, you can’ t change your shipping address once your order shipped. But if you need extra shipping service, you can contact the logistics company directly.

We only accept returned items with quality problem in 30 days.

11. When will I get my refund if I return the order successfully?

After we check about the condition of your returned item, refund will be issued within 2-3 days.
